Where we started.
A complex legacy architecture made accreditation workflows and information registration slow, difficult to maintain, and hard to scale. Teams also lacked analytical reporting to support daily decisions.
What we built.
We redesigned the platform with React 18, Node.js, and AWS, then refactored the accreditation workflow from end to end. Dynamic information registration became more intuitive, secure, and streamlined, while operational and executive reports brought process visibility into one system.
