Kidney Clothes uses a logistics management platform to coordinate deliveries, donation pickup routes, postal code coverage, and day-to-day planning.
Where we started.
The team needed a centralized, scalable system for routes, deliveries, donation pickups, and postal code information, with better route visibility and control over daily operations.
What we built.
We mapped the logistics workflows and business rules, then built an administrative portal for routes, users, customers, trucks, and core operational data. Real-time validations improve reliability. Postal code management supports route optimization, and a React Native driver application connects field execution and tracking to the platform.
