StreamAgency helps businesses bring live selling directly to their websites. Brands can showcase products and services while their sales teams engage visitors in real time, supported by AI capabilities that keep conversations moving.
Where we started.
The opportunity was to turn a website into an active sales channel: live content, human sales assistance, and AI-powered answers in one experience. StreamAgency also needed to control its own streaming ecosystem, subscriptions, payments, and administration.
What we built.
We built a live commerce platform and an embeddable website widget using React 18, Node.js, and AWS. Public and private chat connect visitors with sales teams during live sessions, while custom AI agents answer questions about the company, products, and orders, and redirect customers when human support is needed.
This combines AI augmentation with a live team: AI capabilities support customer service and product discovery while staff remain available for more complex conversations. The platform also supports OBS Studio, subscriptions, payments, pricing plans, and independent customer administration.
