Where we started.
Manual planning and spreadsheets made it hard to schedule preventive and corrective maintenance, follow progress, and coordinate information across vehicles and service locations.
What we built.
We replaced spreadsheet-based planning with a centralized digital scheduling system. Preventive maintenance schedules include automatic notifications, periodic odometer tracking, and vehicle organization by branch. Mechanics can track work from scheduling through completion, while customer grouping by location improves truck allocation and service coordination.
